… Starting a glitter company was inspired by many summers spent dancing in festival fields, costumed-up, and sharing what glitter I had with those around me. At the time, glitter was packaged and shared was exclusively for the arts and crafts market, and it was difficult for me to get hold of good chunky cosmetic glitter, so that’s when I decided to create my own product for the free-spirited festival-goers.

… The Custom Sketch from Photo that’s for sure the best selling product of mine. I’m using only my skill along in Photoshop. Some of the other sellers I saw that are using a preset, an action for this and everything they have to do is to wait…I’m doing it in this way, everything is made manually.

… The main material in my products is scrapbook paper. Because I would make scrapbooks when I was younger, I eventually amassed a decent collection with different patterns and colors. I keep it all neatly organized in a multi-level scrapbook cart. For my canvas art, I use scrapbook paper, stickers, and glue. For my magnets, I use clear bubble stickers, a one-inch circular hole punch that cuts the paper, and magnets.

… My art is then printed as giclée fine art prints on thick textured paper (I currently offer a Bamboo paper or Aquarelle rag), so the quality is much higher than you would get on a poster. Each print is printed individually and made to order, and I offer a range of sizes to suit different frames.

… On Etsy, we sell of course to Etsy customers. We purchase advertising on Etsy which has tripled our sales. We also sell on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other sites. We only use online ads connected to the venue.

… As a business owner my responsibilities including making all of the products, make sure each product has a photo that really shows the product, and constantly updating the tags on my products to match what is popular on Etsy!

… I sell pillows, petballs, and dresses. I try to use the most possible recycled fabrics, the recycled fabrics will have a new life and they have better quality and better design than the new fabric produced. Despite they are recycled, I always keep the absolute high quality and the fabric is the most important factor of my product.

… I sell many of the basic haberdashery goods and sell a wide range of fat quarter bundles as well as craft kits. I love craft kits as they are a great introduction to creating, and you have everything you need in the kit to make it, so it makes it so simple and they are a great way to introduce children to creating and sewing.

… My best selling products are probably my fish stickers. I illustrated them embodying human activities for example bowling or riding a bike to symbolize the equality of life on earth. By accepting that they’re living creatures as well as humans are, there is a chance people will stop eating fish and our oceans will recover from overfishing.

… My best selling product is in my collection of Line drawings! My Rose Line drawing + portrait line drawings are two pieces that people seem to gravitate to. I have created these pieces with my Apple Pencil and iPad through an art app, utilizing multiple types of textures and colors.
