Hello Everybody,
My name is Ra’dhiya. I am an exceptional human being with many gifts that I would love to share with the world.
My Niche is to be “different on purpose” in everything that I do.
When I started making my Sweet Meat Treats, I was going through a hard time as a single parent who suffered from PTSD. Making my Sweet Meats is a form of self-healing and highly therapeutic. To see and hear the face to face reactions and read the amazing reviews from complete strangers all over the world is spiritually uplifting.
I literally make each batch with so much… you can literally taste it in every bite! Sweet Meat Treats is not your average dry, dehydration beef jerky. Sweet Meats Are Made to order. They are marinated to perfection with my special marinades to allow the flavor to infuse with the meat. Baked to perfection and glazed with honey, Sweet Meat Treats stands out ON PURPOSE.

What are some challenging aspects of your business? How did you overcome them?
Overcoming the anxiety of taking it to the next level. Fear of just existing just like an online store and not pushing myself to make them go global.
What do you enjoy most about being an entrepreneur? What’s the hardest about it?
I absolutely love the freedom to create, discover, and grow in aspects of my life that give me purpose.
The hardest part of being an entrepreneur is having to balance all of the other priorities alone.
What are some beginner mistakes you made? What advice or words of inspiration would you like to share?
As a beginner in anything you are considering doing, don’t do it for the money, do it because it’s a part of what you turn to when times are hard. It is through that “act”, GOD is trying to tell you something.
What inspires you while designing and/or creating new products.
Visualizing customers reactions when they taste it for the first time. That is a pure achievement!
How did you get the background and skills necessary to run this type of business?
I have been an entrepreneur for more than 12 years. I currently own and operate a Small Business Solutions + Tax Filing Service.
What are some of the most effective ways in terms of marketing products to your customers?

The most effective ways of marketing to my customers is social media, email marketing and word of mouth networking.
What would you say are the key elements for starting and running a successful online business?
The key element to running a successful online business is to maintain 3 specific factors: Know, Like and Trust.
1) Your product has to be known! If not directly (personal experience) then indirectly (other people’s reviews).
2) They have to like your products! For an online store, this can only be done by 5STAR reviews that actually “suggest you buy” one of the products.
3) They have to TRUST the entire process from beginning to end. That is only proven but how many reviews are from returning customers and they actually state “I am a repeat or returning customer”.
How do you personally define business success? Is it money? Freedom? Influence? Creative expression and innovation? Something else?
I personally define business success by providing a unique product or service that consumers will gladly pay for no matter what!
Describe your day-to-day operation. How do you manage your time?
I automatically start my mornings at 5 am with meditation and prayer! Grateful that I am alive and able to make the best changes I can for the day. After meditation and prayer, I visit my personal calendar/organizer that I use to keep me on top of my goals.
When I have taken care of the little things, I am able to focus on my true passion, my nonprofit organization called the H.O.S.P.E Project who’s mission is to end the cycle of intergenerational poverty and it’s systemic effects through our holistic beliefs and recovery-oriented approach that focuses on rehabilitation and supportive services.
How do you plan on growing your business? What is the biggest impact on your profitability?
I plan on growing my business through online marketing including social media and commercial advertising plan on opening up “Pop Up” shops all over the world where Sweet Meats Treats can be purchased fresh out of the oven plan on obtaining a deal with major famous brands and being sold in stores nationwide
