… I just want to get my art in more hands and my business name in more ears. I’d like to experiment more with different mediums and styles, so hopefully, people get excited about that. My cat is a huge ‘help’ in my business. He likes to hang out while I work and he sniffs all of the packages. I call it ‘blessing the Art’. He’s very cute.

… Not being afraid to change things that don’t work is important to set up for success. Adding as much detail to listings as possible and being willing to work with customers to customize things makes for happy shoppers!
The hardest thing for me is valuing my time and charging accordingly.

… The journey to success can be long and tough but, at the same time, it can provide freedom and confidence. My personal definition of business success is confidence in myself and my skills. Money is a huge part of it; however, I am a beginner, and I am happy with what I am doing, and I am glad when my customers are satisfied with my products.

… It was at the beginning when I was just starting with the idea and prepared a few of my illustrations. I was very critical and doubting that my art would actually be liked by anyone! I think every artist struggles with that. My close ones were the ones that pushed me to design more and more.

… I spent a good deal of time researching how others found success, how to reach my target audience, etc. The biggest lesson I learned the hard way was to learn where to draw the line on custom orders. When I first started out, I was so eager to get customers that I took a few projects that were far more difficult than my standard products.

… In our business development plans, we attach great importance to the diversity of our products. We have everyday vases, sculptures, cups, and dishes, as well as exhibition and museum pieces. Our profitability is most affected by the combination of impeccable style and quality of our products at affordable prices. Our plans for the future are our constant creative growth and our improvement.

… Don’t give up if you cant succeed. Just try again and again. There is always a breaking point. Keep working. Don’t think having your job is mean easy money. Competition is hard. You should do your best to succeed.

… The buyer’s experience is my top priority, so I take full control of everything that my clients see and touch. I am solely responsible for the design, delivery speed and quality, customer service, marketing, and shipment. It’s a lot of work, but good planning, optimization, and attitude help a lot 🙂
