Only natural Baltic amber is used for our malas. simple 🙂 sometimes our clients ask to create wood or stone malas for them – and we do so. But amber is an absolute winner.

If you make a mistake, or get things wrong, or (for example) don’t have something in stock at the moment, then as long as you are clear and communicative about it, then most people are fine with that. So you must answer all communications, and do that as promptly as possible.
